Riot Games has taken a new step in promoting its mobile version of League of Legends, League of Legends: Wild Rift. The mobile game is slated for a full release this year, but there is still a long way to go before it can be done successfully.

Speaking to Twitter today, Riot warned players of certain problems that created “some confusing experiences.” Namely, one of them was that the players had received notifications allowing them to participate in a non-existent early access test.
“We have also seen reports that push notifications have been sent to certain players saying the game is available,” said Riot. “We are still looking for the source of the problem, but to be clear: the game is not yet available, so don’t download anything fishy!”
